 Anxiety can show itself in different forms, it can range from general feelings of anxiousness or nervousness, sometimes in a 'worrying all the time' way to a full-blown anxiety attack.

Symptoms of anxiety can involve:

There can be many causes of anxiety and most people experience some form of anxiousness

during their lifetime, so you are not alone.


How can Hypnotherapy help reduce anxiety?


Hypnotherapy  for anxiety can help you to develop new feelings of being in control and increase your ability to cope. Anxiety can be reduced using techniques that may include cognitive behavioural hypnotherapy to help you learn new behaviour patterns.

The combination of deep physical and mental relaxation, with suggestions to build confidence whilst in a state of hypnosis, and tailored techniques to address your specific issues can help you onto a pathway of feeling back in control.

 

You can gain the self hypnosis tools that suit you, so you can remain in control of how you react to difficult situations that may arise in the future too.
