When you can't sleep (insomnia) you know about it and often, so do the people you are closest to.
It can be difficult to identify what it is that is sabotaging your sleep especially when you are tired.
Lack of sleep can cause many problems not just tiredness. Irritability, lack of consentration, mood swings & memory issues to name just a few. It can impact on your work, social and personal life & cause havock with relationships.
First I would help by assessing your current health and bedtime routines to see if there are any physical reasons for the problem. If there are we can make a practical plan of how to remove or reduce the impact they have on your sleep.
Then we would look at your recent and past sleeping patterns. For some, its the getting to sleep that is the problem, for others its the staying asleep or early waking that is causing chaos & frustration, or maybe a combination.
Hypnotherapy for insomnia session is designed to your needs as everyone is individual, each persons hypnosis session is different to the next. I usually use a combination of both hypnosis and NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) to help you to gain a sound and comfortable nights sleep and wake up feeling refreshed.
I will give you the tools to use at home, so that you can learn to take control both now and into the future too. This way you can wake up refreshed on a regular basis, how nice will that be?
