This online course is designed to help you to gain an understanding of anxiety, how it affects your body and mind, why it happens and techniques you can learn to have control over how your mind and body react to situations.
The course is delivered in modules that run over approx 5 weeks.
Its not designed to replace one to one therapy, however, its a great start to making a difference at a very low cost.
